Learning outcomes: To provide the delegates with an understanding/overview of the issues to be considered when dealing with cosmetic surgery claims

Ana frequently represents both Claimants and Defendants (NHSLA and private individuals) in both clinical negligence and high value personal injury actions undertaking advisory, drafting and advocacy work.
Ana deals with all nature of hearings from interlocutory matters through to JSM and final hearing.
Ana has conduct of both high value, in excess of £1 million, and brain injury claims.
Cases undertaken include, amongst others, hypoxic brain injury, necrotising fasciitis, complications following childbirth, GP negligence, surgical negligence in a wide range of clinical specialisms, negligent hip replacement/revision, failure to section under the mental health act, delay or failure to diagnose, cosmetic surgery, fatal accidents and cauda equine cases.

Ana is a qualified mediator willing to undertake Facilitative Mediation in any subject area and Evaluative Mediation in the field of clinical negligence, personal injury and employment/workplace disputes
