Venue Hire
The Society has three rooms available for hire at very competitive daily rates. Members of Liverpool Law Society are charged a reduced rate. The Society's premises are located in the heart of the commercial district of Liverpool in the Cotton Exchange building on Edmund Street.
The Cotton Exchange is just a short taxi rider from Liverpool Lime Street railway station, 15 minutes from the end of the M62 motorway, and 20 minutes from Liverpool Airport. The closest Merseyrail Station is Moorfields (Old Hall Street entrance/exit) which is just 2 blocks from the Cotton Exchange.
The Society has three rooms available for hire, a large Training Suite, a Boardroom and a small Meeting Room. We can accommodate 2 to 80+ people. The Society's normal opening times are Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.

Catering Facilities
- Tea/coffee and biscuits - £1.50 + VAT per head
- Sandwiches & cold refreshments - from £3.50 + VAT per head
- Catering facilities - light lunches and buffets available through the Society's caterers, or hirer may use its own. An additional charge of £20 will be levied if hot food is required.
Audio Visual Facilities
The following are included in the room hire:
- Overhead data projector and electrical operated screen (Training Suite and Boardroom)
- Whiteboards (Training Suite only)
- 3D Visualiser
- OHP
- Lecturn
- Microphones
- Flip chart & pens
Other audio visual equipment can be provided at additional cost:
