Ross Hume, Business Development Manager, will give a short presentation on Wesleyan for Lawyers unique service exclusive and free for law firms. Ross Hume has 21 years experience in financial and corporate banking. He recently used his broad background in financial services in contract work with central government and the Financial Inclusion Task Force to develop a policy with retail banks.

The Employee Benefits Advisory Service has been developed in consultation with a select number of leading law firms. Essentially it is for those law firms that want to ensure that their staff are making the most of their employee benefits package and really understand what is available to them.

Objectives:

• To assist law firms in raising the awareness and engagement of their staff with the employee benefits offered, therefore, giving employees security and peace of mind, as well as allowing firms to benefit from greater staff retention.

• To facilitate the provision of easily accessible individual advice and assisting employees to place the financial benefits from the firm within the context of their own financial arrangements.

• To support and positively advocate the employee benefits package law firms have carefully implemented, from the perspective of a disinterested third party.
