As many of you will be aware and for those who are not the TSG and YSG on a national level are no more.
As part of the ongoing overhaul of its representational functions, the national YSG and TSG, in partnership with the national Law Society, has created a new membership group – the Junior Lawyers Division.
The JLD covers all Law Society enrolled students, trainees and solicitors with up to five years active practice.
As the voice of junior lawyers, the JLD aims to represent the interests of its members, including campaigning and lobbying on matters affecting their career and development.
Following this information evening, there was sufficient support to create the Merseyside JLD.
