Mombasa Law Society Visit Liverpool

Following a recent fact finding visit to Mombasa by the President and officers of Liverpool Law Society in early October 2008, the Chairman, Deputy Secretary and the immediate past Vice Chairman of Law Society of Kenya and a member of Mombasa Law Society travelled to Liverpool to see how the two Society's can help each other.

The guests from Kenya were present at open evening held on the 11th November 2008 at Liverpool Law Society offices to talk about Mombasa Law Society and their work in the legal community in Kenya.

Members of Liverpool Law Society were warmly invited to meet the guests from Kenya. This was a fantastic opportunity to find out the needs of the Kenyan Lawyers first hand, to have meaningful dialogue with them and discover what assistance we can provide to our fellow lawyers in Kenya.

Whilst in Liverpool the Kenyan guests also visited members firms, courts, the police station and the Liverpool Cathedrals.

The guests were also invited to attend the Annual Dinner 2009.
