Richard Barnett, the current Council member, has indicated that he is proposing to stand for re-election.
The last date for receipt of the completed nomination forms by the Chief Executive is 5.00 pm on 14 May 2009.
The successful candidate will take office at the conclusion of the AGM on 23 July 2009.
