The Recorder of Liverpool, His Honour Judge Henry Globe QC will be updating prosecution and defence practitioners in relation to the Early Guilty Plea Scheme and will be facilitating a debate about associated issues.  There will be representatives in attendance from the Crown Court administration, the Magistrates' Court's administration, the Crown Prosecution Service and the National Probation Service.
