Shopper Anonymous is running a free prize draw for members
Shopper Anonymous is running a free prize draw, worth £2000, for Liverpool Law Society member firms who wish to measure client experience.
Client Experience and newer demographics are forming a key part of business planning.
Following on from the Society’s 1st March Management Conference, at which Shopper Anonymous a leading Client Experience company in the sector, delivered the session ‘Clients…Love Them or Lose Them.’, Shopper Anonymous are offering two member firms the chance to win a mystery client experience worth £1000 each.
In 2017 Shopper Anonymous are repeating the National Legal Survey on Client Experience, where firms can participate in a package of Mystery Client enquiries and reports, with input about their client set up process, and logistics. This could involve a series of mystery shopping visits, phone or online enquiries (where applicable).
Our winning member firms drawn will have no costs. The package for 2 firms is worth £2000.
The anonymous data goes into the national survey rolling up into a top line report, and last year over 400 Client experiences took place across one month. Jonathan Winchester, Chief Executive of Shopper Anonymous commented “The feedback we received from participating firms was very strong. They felt the reports made a real difference to their ability to identify the strengths and weaknesses of their service offering. Many firms have gone on to enhance their clients’ experience as well as reviewing processes to improve sign up rates and bottom line profitability.”
The mystery client enquiries, data reports and statistics includes a full presentation session to the management team, benchmarking against the sector in the national survey when the results are published in early June.
If you would like to enter the draw please email CEO Sarah Poblete for inclusion by no later than 12 noon Tuesday 28th March
