Description

We are pleased to announce that Liverpool Law Society’s Annual Dinner will be taking place on Thursday, 10th November 2022.

We will be offering a warm welcome to the Liverpool Region’s legal community to once again come together to network with colleagues and peers and celebrate being part of a proud and vibrant legal profession.

It promises to be a fabulous evening.  We are honoured to have

the Justice of the Supreme Court, The Right Hon Lord Burrows

as our guest speaker, as well as hearing from our President, Steven Zdolyny.

Lord Burrows is a son of Merseyside, educated at Prescot Grammar School, Knowsley and Brasenose College, Oxford. He was appointed QC (hon) in 2003 and is an Honorary Bencher of the Middle Temple. He was formerly Professor of the Law of England at the University of Oxford and a Fellow of All Souls College.  In June 2020, Lord Burrows became the first academic to be appointed directly to the Supreme Court Bench.

As if that isn’t enough…. this year we are delighted to be holding the Legal Awards ceremony during the evening, showcasing the excellent legal work of local firms and individuals completed over the past year.  With the Awards, there will be 6 categories to choose from, including two new categories, as follows:
