Equality and Employment Law Centre (EELC), a specialist Law Centre based in Liverpool, is excited to announce several opportunities to join our dynamic, professional, and friendly team. We are deeply committed to the principle of access to justice and specialize in discrimination and employment law. Our mission is to provide comprehensive advice and representation to individuals who have experienced discrimination in the workplace or society at large, particularly those who are most vulnerable and disadvantaged.

We are legal aid practitioners and hold face to face and remote discrimination contracts. We are seeking experienced legally trained professionals who are passionate about access to justice and who want to become leading claimant specialists in employment and discrimination law. These are very interesting and worthwhile positions within the Law Centres movement, allowing you to make a significant difference in the lives of our clients. We welcome applications from candidates looking for both part-time and full-time roles.

Skills and qualities
All applicants will need to be strong communicators, excellent team players, and have the skills to engage with vulnerable clients in a clear, supportive, proactive and effective way. You will be extremely well organized with high-level problem-solving skills, resilient, the ability to manage your time effectively, and a commitment to quality standards.
