The Society has one large room that can be divided into two smaller rooms available for hire at competitive rates. Both Members and Non-members of Liverpool Law Society may hire the facilities (as long as the event does not compete with the Society’s own legal training programme). The Society’s second floor premises in Helix, Edmund Street (L3 9NY) are located in Liverpool City Centre at the heart of the commercial district.
The Society is a short taxi ride from Liverpool Lime Street railway station, 15 minutes from the end of the M62 motorway, and 20 minutes from Liverpool Airport. The closest Merseyrail Station is Moorfields (Old Hall Street entrance/exit) which is just a two minute walk away.

Charges (excluding VAT)
All prices are exclusive of VAT and are daily rates. The charges apply to the normal period of the Society’s opening times (Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm). Please enquire direct to the Society here if you require out of hours room hire.
The Society is located on the second floor of Helix. Access is via 7 steps to the ground floor reception area of the building.
There is a wheelchair lift available on the right of the steps. There is a lift or stairs to the second floor. If you have access or any other requirements, please let us know at the point of making an enquiry.
- Tea/coffee and biscuits – £1.50 + VAT per head
- Sandwiches & cold refreshments – from £4.50 + VAT per head
- Catering facilities – light lunches and buffets are available through the Society’s caterers, or hirer may use its own.
Audio Visual Facilities
The following are included in the room hire:
- Overhead data projector and screen (Training or both rooms only)
- Lecturn (Training or both rooms only)
- Microphones (Training or both rooms only)
- Flip chart & pens
Other audio visual equipment can be provided at additional cost:
- Laptop – £50.00
