This course provides practitioners with a practical update on insolvency law developments over the last year. The course is aimed at both contentious and non-contentious lawyers and will give attendees practical pointers to use in their practice. The course will cover:

Speaker Biographies

Chris Beanland qualified in 1992 with Eversheds, where he continued to practise in the Insolvency Department for a number of years. Chris now lectures extensively on company, commercial and insolvency issues.
