Speaker Biographies

Helen Clarke is a solicitor specialising in probate and elderly client issues. She represents   the Probate Section on the   Law Society Council; she is Chair of the Law Society Wills and Equity Committee and a member of STEP. She lectures and delivers in- house training on a range of private client topics including elderly client issues, the Mental Capacity Act 2005 wills, probate and related issues.
