Purpose
This online interactive session, facilitated by The Law Society’s President, Mark Evans, is an opportunity for the Law Society to hear from you about what matters most for wellbeing in the profession. Wellbeing is an increasingly important issue for our members, shaping both day-to-day experience and long-term sustainability. Through live polling and group discussion, you will be invited to share your insights, help prioritise the themes collected from member wellbeing roundtables, and suggest practical ways we could make a meaningful difference in these themes. Your input will directly shape the Law Society’s approach to our wellbeing work over the coming years.
Build understanding of the wellbeing strategy
Leave with a clear understanding of the Law Society’s approach to wellbeing and its key focus areas across the multi‑year strategy.
Prioritise wellbeing themes
Agree the priority wellbeing themes across individual, leadership and organisational workstreams to inform upcoming focus areas and longer‑term direction.
Co‑create practical, measurable actions
Contribute specific and measurable action ideas for priority themes to inform consideration within the wellbeing strategy.
