Delegates will explore how changing family dynamics impact estate planning, succession, trusts, tax planning, capacity issues, wealth protection, and inheritance disputes.

The session will examine recent legal developments and case law affecting wills, inheritance claims, cohabitation rights, family provision, and the administration of estates.
