Help Shape the Future of Liverpool Law Society
Becoming a Director and member of the General Committee is a rewarding opportunity to play an active role in shaping the future of one of the most vibrant local Law Societies in England and Wales.
As a member of the Committee, you will broaden your professional network, build lasting relationships with colleagues across the profession, share best practice, and work alongside legal professionals from a wide range of backgrounds, organisations, and levels of seniority.
The General Committee is made up of up to 27 Directors, each serving a three-year term. Every year, nine Committee members retire by rotation and vacancies are filled through election at the Society’s Annual General Meeting (AGM), held in November.
We are committed to ensuring that our Committee reflects the diversity and breadth of our membership and encourage nominations from all sections of the profession.
