The Society has been contacted by George Baldwin, Trainee Clinical Psychologist at the University of East Anglia, who invites legal practitioners to take part in a study looking into factors influencing sentencing for offenders with mental health problems. They are recruiting participants from the law population, to understand the decision making process involved in sentencing during Crown Court cases.
