Speaker Biographies

Siobhan Beattie is a partner in Residential Conveyancing at DTM Legal. She has many years experience in advising developers, landlords and homeowners. Siobhan works closely with a number of major national and international developers advising on all leasehold matters relating to sales and purchases. Siobhan specialises in new build off plan properties and is highly focused on ensuring her clients receive an outstanding service.

Laura Cartwright is a seasoned Conveyancer who has an impressive career from a humble beginning as a Legal Secretary to achieving the position of Partner at Bell Lamb & Joynson.  Recognising her potential, Laura pursued her higher education while working, eventually obtaining her FCILEx qualification.  She has played a pivotal role in shaping the direction and success of the Conveyancing Department and has demonstrated remarkable leadership and expertise as Head of Department providing guidance to her colleagues.  Her story serves as an inspiration to aspiring legal professionals and the limitless possibilities that can be achieved through determination and hard work.

Lisa Edwards obtained a degree in Business and Finance and put her studies to good use working for various IT and software solutions businesses, before moving to the legal industry. She joined InfoTrack in 2015 following 12 years working within the property search industry. Lisa loves seeing the delight when law firms experience InfoTrack for the first time, saying it’s a light-bulb moment when our solutions are proven to genuinely make a difference to a law firm’s processes.

Chris Hall is an Associate Solicitor in the Landlord and Tenant department at Dutton Gregory LLP.  He specialises in all matters relating to the private rental sector.  Having begun his professional life as a paralegal in Dutton Gregory’s Landlord and Tenant team in 2009, he qualified as a solicitor in 2020 and spent 2 ½ years in the firm’s Commercial Dispute Resolution team before accepting a leadership position back in the Landlord and Tenant team at the end of 2022.  During his time as a Landlord and Tenant lawyer Chris has acted for or accepted referrals from many of the country’s best known letting agents as well as providing advice to the Association of Residential Letting Agents and its more than 10,000 members through seminars and Dutton Gregory’s popular and successful legal helpline.

 John Jones is the Director of Residential Property at the Jackson Lees Group. Chartered Legal Executive, and Licensed Conveyancer, who qualified in 1987. He is also a Licensed Probate Practitioner, and a Director of the Society of Licensed Conveyancers. He also sits as a ‘CLC Lawyer Member’ of the Council for Licensed Conveyancers Adjudication Panel and as a ‘Fellow Member’ of the CILEx Regulation Admissions and Licensing Committee. He has specialist experience in all aspects of conveyancing, landlord & tenant, lender support practice, wills & probate. He has written many articles for trade journals as well as a popular series of legal guides for a national magazine. John is a former professional member of the governing board of the Council for Licensed Conveyancers. He is also a former professional member of the CILEx Regulation Appeals Panel.  He holds the Certificate in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector (CTLLS) qualification, and is a Fellow of the Institute for Training and Occupational Learning.

Keith Lloyd is from the Wirral. He is a Delivery Manager on HM Land Registry (HMLR) local land charges (LLC) programme and is currently responsible for managing the migration of the local land charges data for organisations other than local authorities to HMLRs digital register. This will enable HMLR to achieve its aim of a complete digital dataset for England and Wales. Keith has worked on the LLC programme since its inception in 2012 and in his career has also been a User Researcher and Senior Stakeholder Manager in HMLR’s Chief’s Office. He is a Member of the Association for Project Management and a Change Management Practitioner.

Natalie Moore, Founder, Director and Licenced Conveyancer. Natalie founded Aconveyancing in 2017 and in that time, the company has won multiple awards for customer service, training excellence and business leadership. Aconveyancing was born out of a vision to do things better. To treat staff with respect, to deliver a professional and personal service, putting effective communication, transparency and innovation at the heart of the business. Natalie was named Managing Partner of the Year at the 2022 Modern Law Conveyancing Awards and has been shortlisted twice as Industry Champion at the British Conveyancing Awards. In 2024, she was named a Conveyancing Foundation ambassador and is committed to promoting an ethos of professional collaboration. Aconveyancing is also proudly accredited with the gold Investors in People standard, one of only 21 law firms in the UK to hold the accolade.

Luke Parsons, Business Development Manager, Landmark Information

Pam White of HM Land Registry is a Sector Account Manager, with over 15 years’ experience within casework and preliminary service teams processing applications.  In 2006 she became Spatial Data manager within the Business Development Fulfilment team and in 2014 the team Manager, responsible for a team of 17 in delivery of orders to our data customers.  In 2017 Pam became Account Manager responsible for the management of relationship of key customers.
