The new digital platform for care cases must be used. It is not the responsibility of Local Authorities to send bundles/updates on these cases outside of the digital platform now.
Any problems or feedback can be sent to Liverpool Law Society so we may collectively liaise with the Court accordingly. Please email in to committees@liverpoollawsociety.org.uk clearly stating in the subject of the email that this relates to the ‘care cases digital platform’ issue.
