Liverpool Access to Advice Network is a membership based network of advice provider, gateway, and other support organisations involved in the advice sector in Liverpool and surrounding areas.
LATAN is not set up as an organisation, and has Citizens Advice Liverpool as its accountable body as well as key delivery partner.
LATAN is exploring options for becoming a separate legal entity, and needs some expert information and guidance on the options available for a legal entity.
We are looking to appoint a suitably knowledgeable and qualified supplier to provide:
- Information on specific legal status options;
- An outline of processes and costs for set up;
- Facilitate a meeting with the LATAN Committee to enable questions and discussions
- The production of a short Action Plan to enable us to plan/implement the options
