The Law Society is seeking urgent engagement with the SRA to understand how it intends to respond to the High Court judgment in the case of Mazur v Charles Russell Speechlys.
Further clarity for practitioners is needed, and The Law Society be working with the SRA to achieve this so that firms can review and adapt processes, as necessary.
