Today, 18 September 2020, the President, Parliamentary Liaison Officer and Deputy PLO of Liverpool Law Society, have written to the Rt Hon Robert Buckland QC MP, regarding the United Kingdom Internal Market Bill and the Rule of Law.
The Officers of Liverpool Law Society express particular concern over the content of Part 5 of the Bill and the effect and implications of clauses 41 to 45 on the rule of law.
