Solicitor LPA survey by OPG
The Office of the Public Guardian wishes to hear from solicitors. They are at the early stages of modernising the way that people make a Lasting Power of Attorney, and need your input.
Your responses will help the OPG to understand how solicitors interact with the various stages and people involved in the creation of a Lasting Power of Attorney.
The survey should take 20 minutes and it closes at 4pm on Friday, 25th September 2020.
