The next event by the Liverpool Business and Property Courts Forum has been announced.
His Honour Judge Cadwallader, Judge of the Business and Property Courts Liverpool will be joined by Andrew Vinson, barrister at Exchange Chambers, who will discuss the fundamentals of good practice in unfair prejudice petitions and derivative actions as well as recent developments. The event will be held on Thursday, 6th January 2022 from 5pm to 6.30pm by Zoom.
