Your oppurtunity to play a part in driving positive change in the legal profession.

The Law Society is committed to understanding the experiences of LGBTQ+ solicitors and allies across the profession as part of our wider member facing, three-year Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) strategy. This survey builds on the Law Societies previous research to explore how inclusive workplaces are today, what has improved, and where further action is needed. Your responses will inform Law Society guidance, and support efforts to improve inclusion.

As a guide, the survey should take between 10-20 minutes to complete depending on the questions you choose to answer and the level of detail you choose to provide. All responses are confidential and will be reported in anonymised form.

While this survey is focused on solicitors, The Law Society welcomes responses from across the legal sector.
