We are a well established legal practice locally based in Skelmersdale which is seeking to recruit a Full time Solicitor and or equivalent to assist a Director and Senior Solicitor with their workload including working on their own variety of Fast Track and Multi Track/Complex Personal Injury cases and taking detailed witness statements in multi track cases to work 5 days per week and be office based.
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years experience as a Solicitor and also have the following essential qualities/abilities:
• Able to deal with a varied Personal Injury Claimant Caseload
• Experience in taking witness statements
• Experience on the MOJ Portal
• An ability to work in a very organized and diligent manner
• An ability to work in a very high pressure, high volume office environment.
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with Case Management systems (Eclipse ProClaim) preferable but not essential as training will be provided.
• Proven Admin Skills.
Salary is negotiable dependant on experience and the successful Applicant will be subject to a 6 month probationary period.
