Levels of motivation generally surged as we embarked on the changes brought about by Covid 19. However, fluctuations can set in, especially during times of uncertainty. Managing these helps people to maintain consistent quality, both  of output and working life.

This session focuses on the fundamentals of motivation with some ideas of ways to  sustain and revive flagging spirits.

Speaker Biographies

Candy Bowman’s business ethos was formed early in her career. It rests on two main principles firstly that each encounter with every customer counts, either to enhance sales or reputation. This is coupled with the notion that the best route to business development and quality of working life is through good communication by positive, confident people. She graduated with a degree in communication studies and began her career in advertising telephone sales at Times Newspapers, progressing to first line management with responsibility for training and motivating a team of 10.
