Appealing in the Court of Appeal - A Practical Guide - ‌‌Kevin Donoghue, ‌‌Donoghue Solicitors

This session will provide an ultra-practical guide to help delegates who wish to bring an appeal before the Court of Appeal in civil litigation matters. It will cover key topics including timescales, forms, documents, methods of communication, bundles and preparing for the final hearing. Delegates will gain a detailed insight into how to navigate this important process, which differs significantly from the procedure in the County and High Courts, ensuring they are equipped to handle their claims through this different journey, which may only happen sparingly, with confidence and accuracy.
