Bill has presented at over 200 conferences and seminars and has been a regular speaker at the Commercial Property Conference since 2008. Prior to assuming his present role in 2007, Bill was a partner in the property team with over 10 years’ transactional experience acting for retailers, developers and others on all aspects of commercial property work
Jenni Christy is a Chartered Tax Advisor and VAT specialist, advising on issues and opportunities for clients within a wide range of sectors, including professional practices, property and construction, leisure, and healthcare. Jenni advises on all aspects of VAT, including property transactions, business acquisitions and disposals, VAT registration and compliance, and partial exemption. She is also a member of VAT & Duties sub-committee of the Law Society of England and Wales.
Angela Hesketh is a Director & Group Head of Property at Jackson Lees. She is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives with over 20 years experience specialising primarily within residential conveyancing including sale, purchase, new build, equity release, remortgage, transfer of equity and auction.
Ian Quayle qualified as a solicitor and worked in private practice for 12 years specialising in property law matters generally including residential development work, commercial acquisitions and disposals. Since 1998 he worked in house and as a consultant for national house builders and national and international property developers advising on all aspects of property, landlord and tenant, transactional and management issues.
Leanne Wright is a Customer Delivery Manager with HM Land Registry Local Land Charges Programme. She is an experienced Account Manager working with Conveyancers, Search Intermediaries and other customers of HM Land Registry. Leanne was involved with the rollout of Electronic Document Registration to Portal and Business Gateway customers. Leanne is now working with external stakeholders to ensure HMLR customers are prepared for the change over to the new Local Land Charges service.
