Description

As ever, the year has seen a number of developments which will be of interest to practitioners. Some break new ground whilst others remind us of basic principles. This course will explain the past year’s developments in a straightforward manner and will give busy practitioners practical tips on the impact of developments in relevant areas of practice. The course will cover (but isn’t limited to):

Speaker Biographies

Chris Beanland qualified in 1992 with Eversheds, where he continued to practise in the Insolvency Department for a number of years. Chris now lectures extensively on company, commercial and insolvency issues.
