It is vital that any agreement that we draft is enforceable. This online course deals with factors practitioners should bear in mind on transactional/contractual work. It should be of interest to anyone whose practice involves drafting or litigating contracts.

Speaker Biographies

Chris Beanland qualified in 1992 with Eversheds, where he continued to practise in the Insolvency Department for a number of years. Chris is now an Associate Professor at The University of Law, Manchester and lectures extensively on company, commercial and insolvency issues.
