Exploring Detrimental Whistleblowing: An Expert Talk by Flora Page KC

Flora Page KC has a diverse criminal, regulatory and employment law practice. Corporate and financial misconduct is her expertise. She formulated the winning argument in the historic Post Office appeals, Hamilton and others [2021] EWCA Crim 577, and subsequently represented a prominent group of subpostmasters in the Post Office Horizon IT Inquiry. She acts as a critical friend to ethical corporates, investigating, reporting and advising. She has recently taken on high-profile whistleblowing cases in the Employment Tribunal, including a case against Google and another against nChain (the employer of Dr Craig Wright, the man who falsely claimed to be the inventor of Bitcoin).
