Speaker Biographies

Rebecca Jones acts for both claimants and respondents in claims involving: unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, TUPE, breach of contract, unlawful deduction from wages and infringement of restrictive covenants (including allegations of inducement). Rebecca is often instructed on behalf of clients in the transport sector or government departments, having been appointed to the Attorney General’s Regional Civil C Panel in March 2025. Rebecca often appears in multi-day trials, including against King’s Counsel, and has experience in conducting appellate advocacy in the EAT and High Court, as well as drafting arguments/submissions for the EAT, High Court, and Court of Appeal.
