Anthony Whittaker

Anthony Whittaker is a client director specialising in Trust and Estates, based at our Northwich office. He is an experienced advisor responsible for all tax and accountancy related aspects of trusts, estates in administration, and lifetime tax planning. Anthony advises individuals, owner-managed businesses, and rural businesses, to name a few. Before joining Bennett Brooks in 2021, Anthony led accountancy practices in Leicester, Manchester, and Liverpool, and has been a qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner since 2011. He is an active member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and is the Chairman for the STEP Cheshire Branch. Trust and Estates Planning is a mixture of law, taxation and accounting, and Anthony and his team find the human side particularly rewarding as they are helping people at very difficult times in their lives. 

Rebecca Roscoe

Rebecca Roscoe trained and qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and completed her STEP diploma in 2008. After 11 years in practice culminating in partnership at Cottrills then Slater Heelis LLP, Rebecca founded her own practice RJR Legal Ltd. RJR Legal is a niche practice specialising in Wills and Estate Planning with a particular focus on long term family estate planning. In addition to her private practice, Rebecca teaches Level 6 CiLex.

Professor Lesley King

Professor Lesley King is a Professional Development Consultant at the University of Law. She is Co-Author of Wills, Taxation and Administration: A Practical Guide; A Modern Approach to Wills, Administration and Estate Planning (with Precedents); A Practitioner’s Guide to Wills; Wills: A Practical Guide and Editor of The Probate Practitioner’s Handbook. Professor King is the wills and probate Columnist for the Law Society Gazette and writes extensively on wills, taxation and related matters.

Sam Myers 

Sam Myers is a Partner and Investment Manager at Evelyn Partners, where he provides bespoke investment advice and builds personalised portfolios for private clients, trusts and charities across the UK.
With nearly two decades of industry experience, he specialises in long‑term wealth management and nurturing trusted client relationships.

Vicki Harper 

Vicki Harper is an experienced financial planner and Associate Director at Evelyn Partners, advising professionals, business owners, high‑net‑worth families and divorcing clients on achieving lifetime and legacy goals through holistic financial planning.
Her expertise includes lifetime cashflow modelling, trusts and estate planning, and guiding clients through major life events with clear, confidence‑building financial advice.

James Caley

James Caley is Partnerships Manager at Currency Connect, a UK-based foreign exchange brokerage specialising in international payments for law firms.
