She previously owned an Estate and Letting agency in North Liverpool and spent a decade running a successful mortgage advice business. Her extensive background in property services, including her voluntary work for a Housing Charity, positions her as a key figure in Dutton Gregory’s expansion into the North. In 2024, Alex was honoured with the ‘Business Development Champion of the Year’ award at the British Conveyancing Awards, recognizing her outstanding contributions to the property legal sector. Based in Liverpool’s Exchange Court, Alex is committed to enhancing Dutton Gregory’s presence in the North West, delivering expert legal services to clients across the region.
Richard Curtisis a Policy and Projects Manager in HM Land Registry’s Local Land Charges (LLC) Programme. He leads LLC policy to transform 331 local authority services across England and Wales into a single national digital register, making the conveyancing process quicker and simpler for property buyers. He also oversees programme initiatives, including workflow tooling and workforce planning. Richard has over 13 years’ experience in data, project, product and delivery management roles in the private sector.
Keith Davidson is a partner at Irwin Mitchell and specialises in environmental liability issues and corporate climate action. He provides environmental transaction support to 20 law firms and is on the Law Society Climate Change Working Group
John E Jones is a Chartered Legal Executive, and Licensed Conveyancer, who qualified in 1987. He is a Director of the Society of Licensed Conveyancers. He also sits as a ‘CLC Lawyer Member’ of the Council for Licensed Conveyancers Adjudication Panel and as a ‘Fellow Member’ of the CILEx Regulation Admissions and Licensing Committee. He has specialist experience in all aspects of conveyancing, landlord & tenant, lender support practice, wills & probate. He has written many articles for trade journals as well as a popular series of legal guides for a national magazine. John is a former professional member of the governing board of the Council for Licensed Conveyancers. He is also a former professional member of the CILEx Regulation Appeals Panel. He holds the Certificate in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector (CTLLS) qualification and is a Fellow of the Institute for Training and Occupational Learning.
Tom Kerwin joined InfoTrack in 2018, initially as an Account Manager before progressing to oversee InfoTrack’s client base across the North of England and Wales. Tom’s experience gained by working with conveyancing departments of all shapes and sizes allows him to consult with law firms on driving process changes, integrations, risk and compliance, and change management. Passionate about and responsible for client relationships and ensuring the seamless rollout of InfoTrack’s platform, he collaborates with clients and internal teams to drive innovation.

Richard Snape has been the Head of Professional Support at Davitt Jones Bould since 2002. Pam White is a Sector Account Manager with HM Land Registry. She has over 15 years’ experience within casework and preliminary service teams processing applications. In 2006 Pam became Spatial Data manager within the Business Development Fulfilment team and in 2014 the team Manager, responsible for a team of 17 in delivery of orders to their data customers.
