Conveyancing of leasehold dwellings is in the process of undergoing major upheaval.  The course aims to look at some recent change and new legislation.  In addition, the EWS1 certificates in relation to cladding continue to cause major problems.

Speaker Biographies

Richard Snape has worked as a Consultant and Professional Support Lawyer for Davitt Jones Bould Solicitors since 2002.  He was formerly a senior lecturer in law at the University of West of England, Bristol, and was head of Land Law.  He has written various articles for the legal press.  His areas of specialism include both commercial and residential property, in particular in relation to local government law, domestic conveyancing issues, development land, commercial property and incumbrances in relation to land.
