This is an area which frequently causes problems for conveyancers. The course aims to look at some of the issues and suggest solutions. It will also cover Land Registry issues in relation to plans.

  • Rights of light and rights of support

  • Presumptions in relation to boundaries

Speaker Biographies

Richard Snape has worked as a Consultant and Professional Support Lawyer for Davitt Jones Bould Solicitors since 2002.  He was formerly a senior lecturer in law at the University of West of England, Bristol, and was head of Land Law.  He has written various articles for the legal press.  His areas of specialism include both commercial and residential property, in particular in relation to local government law, domestic conveyancing issues, development land, commercial property and incumbrances in relation to land.
