“The judging panel were impressed by the range of legal specialities undertaken in Merseyside and the leading role our region is taking in new practice areas, and areas of national importance. It is also good to see that so many of our local law firms have embraced recruitment processes that increase applications from targeted groups to build a diverse workforce and provide them with excellent training and encouragement in their pursuit of a legal career. Once again, all entries were of a very high standard and choosing a winner was very difficult, illustrated by the number of entries making the shortlist this year” commented the independent judging panel.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to submit a nomination. The awards ceremony will take place during the Society’s Annual Dinner on Thursday, 14th November 2024. It is one of the highlights of the region’s legal professionals’ calendar and this year it will be taking place at the Rum Warehouse, Titanic Hotel, Liverpool.
Some tables and individual places are still available. Bookings must be made by 25th October although we anticipate the dinner will sell out before then. For full details and to book, please visit 2024 Annual Dinner featuring Legal Awards | Liverpool Law Society
