Vicki Harper is a Director in the Financial Planning team at Evelyn Partners, based in Liverpool. Hayley Myers Chartered MCSI, Associate Director, Investment Management, Evelyn Partners
Hayley Myers is an Associate Director and Investment Manager at Evelyn Partners, based in Liverpool. She works predominantly with private individuals, families, charities and business clients, helping them achieve their long-term financial objectives through tailored investment management. Hayley specialises in constructing and managing bespoke investment portfolios, working closely with clients and their professional advisers to ensure investments remain aligned with changing circumstances, risk profiles and market conditions. Having joined Tilney (now Evelyn Partners) in 2014, Hayley has built extensive experience in guiding clients through complex investment decisions and supporting the preservation and growth of wealth across generations. She holds the Investment Advice Diploma, Chartered Wealth Manager qualification and CFA Certificate in ESG Investing and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI).
Dr Lucy Crompton
Lucy qualified as a solicitor at Dawson Cornwell in London before spending 20 years as a university law lecturer. She completed a PhD at the University of Warwick in 2025, investigating gender discrimination in financial remedies law. She is currently an ESRC Post-doctoral Fellow at the University of Exeter.
Kerri O’Niell, Barrister at St Johns Building
Kerri O’Niell specialises in matrimonial finances and private law children matters. In respect of matrimonial finance, Kerri has undertaken recent cases with a range of issues including:

W achieved restoration of spousal periodical payments, arrears, interest on arrears and W’s costs. Kerri endeavours to bring an additional dynamic to her client’s case by exploring how the financial outcome will work on the ground and in the real world for the client. This approach enables clients to connect with the financial case and the negotiations. Kerri is known for her ability to connect with clients in the conference room whilst delivering a robust and pointed cross examination in court.
Sam Hillas KC specialises in financial remedy work as an advocate, arbitrator and private FDR evaluator and is known for her plain speaking, common sense approach.
She practises from St John’s Buildings, with chambers in Liverpool and across the North of England and is one of only three matrimonial finance specialist silks across the Northern and North Eastern Circuits.
In January 2026 Sam was elected as Leader of the Northern Circuit. She is also a Bencher of Inner Temple with responsibility for student engagement and support, a patron of Wirral Women and Children’s Aid, a co-editor of Family Affairs, the FLBA’s tri-annual publication, a fellow of the IAFL and a judicial officer for the RFU and World Rugby, She is a regular contributor to the Financial Remedies Journal and a member of the FRJ editorial board.
