This course is designed to develop the practitioners understanding of both will and lifetime trusts and will help them to have confidence when drafting trusts as well as running the trust up until the final distribution.

Speaker Biographies

Rebecca Roscoe trained and qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and completed her STEP diploma in 2008. After 11 years in practice culminating in partnership at Cottrills then Slater Heelis LLP, Rebecca founded her own practice RJR Legal Ltd.RJR Legal is a niche practice specialising in Wills and Estate Planning with a particular focus on long term family estate planning. In addition to her private practice, Rebecca teaches Level 6 CiLex.
